Reading a Richard Scarry book to my five year old last night -

Three fearless astronaughts and a stowaway Lowly worm head off to the moon to collect space rocks and take them back to the busiest lab in the world for experimentation.

3BM Jr1 stated that 'The reason we can walk around on the world and the reason you float above the moon is gravel!' - 'gravity' says I, 'yes that's right Dad gravity.'

Priceless!

RR junior was sick last week with winter vomiting virus. At one point Mrs RR went to check up on him and he told her: "Mum, it could be worse than you think!" "Oh, why?" she replied. "Because on Monday we did painting at school and I got paint on my fingers and I might have sucked them and poisoned myself."

Poor little mite had been lying there worrying about it all day....

"A Trip To The Moon"! I like that one! "Apollo 13" for toddlers ;)

You're not wrong Mort, as if it wasn't a nail-biting moment when the spaceship had a bad landing on the moon it gets worse when the door won't shut and they're only saved by Lowly worm wrapping himself around the door handle!
