One of the young ladies at work (well she's younger than me) was involved in a high speed collision in the Palace to Palace ride and hit her head whilst wearing a Specialized helmet which cracked. She suffered minor concussion (this isn't a helmet discussion thread btw). Do Specialized have a replacement policy and if so, does anyone know where I can find details? Thanks.

I do not know if they have one, but it reads to me as if the helmet died doing what it was designed to die doing.
Any helmet that has been involved in an accident should be replaced, it works by absorbing the energy of the crash. This will render it useless for further crashes
