We have a Hase Pino Steps tandem and these are the levers fitted for the hydraulic brakes.
At the moment we have not covered a vast mileage (less than 1000) but I have replaced the pads on the rear.
The 'problem' that I have is that the levers travel a long way before starting to brake, they are however very effective once they are on.
There is no change if I pump the levers, so air in the system is unlikely.
I notice that the levers have a reach adjustment, but I'm reluctant to play with parts I don't understand.
Any suggestions as to what the problem is?
