strava help ?

So my daughter deleted my strava app of my iPhone,put it back on signed in but everything has gone.Rides,data,KOM (only one with wind behind me !) The only way i can see what was me is by looking at someone who was following me.Strange i know but has it gone for good ?

Tried signing in on computer and no joy,never really use Facebook but ill give it a try thanks

Wonder if she has managed to actually cancel your Strava account as well as delete the app. I believe that deletes all your data. As vickster says, maybe if you email their helpdesk and explain there might be a way of reinstating.

So you can view some of your old rides, but they are not showing up in your account? I suspect you have two accounts and have logged into the other one.

If you click on your name on one of your old rides, you will go to a link something like https://www.strava.com/athletes/xxxxxxxx, which was the user that created that ride. If you click on your icon at the top right of the page, you will go another page https://www.strava.com/athletes/xxxxxxxx. If the 2 numbers xxxxxxxx on both pages are different, then you have two accounts and you have logged into the wrong one.

If they are the same, then something weird is going on.

Support is here. https://strava.zendesk.com/home They take a few days (unless you are premium member) but they will come back.

Thanks for replies,frustratingly i think its gone ! The only way i can see the "old me" is by looking at someone following me which will show me my athlete profile page,yearly distances act.I have a new account with the same name with nothing !! Annoying to say the least,i can still see my old self on certain segments in my area{leader boards}and the like.Emailed strava but just got a standard you must have duplicate account,but i only have one email which has set both of these up.Guess ill give up and start again……..

If you can still see your data via other people, you haven't deleted the account.
Try reinstalling it again. If you want, pm me your user name and I'll check it out.

Still trying and have emailed strava help,i can only see the old me but can't access it.Same user name as i have for new account.

You can't have the same username for 2 accounts.
