Its a phrase i would use when trying to make my kids get ready for and go to bed - otherwise I am not familiar with all this cyclist speak. I havent been around here for very long mind you.

It's ok. One of the things about an SLR is that if your bike is really dirty @ianrauk cleans it for you. It has to be really dirty though

If all my prep goes to plan then I will be heading off on tour the following weekend, so looking to put together a low key ride - hopefully with some non bike friends roped in on Boris bikes - ending with beer on Old Street.
