@conordunnealot on twitter with sammy damoulin.... conor is 204cm tall(same as me) but he rides a 62cm vitus bike, i ride a 65cm canyon, i spoke with him on twitter, he weighs 86kg!.... i weigh around 120kg with around 20% body fat.... so i need to lose all my fat and 10kg of muscles to be a pro...

But Sammy is far faster in a sprint! What a great sport that can accommodate people of all different sizes. Once said to me by a wise old coach, "Ignore size, the bike is a great leveller" and so it is. I'll bet Sammy descends a bit better too, low centre of gravity and all that, but I wouldn't have minded having a Conor in the peloton when it was windy, imagine the shelter!
