Haven't had one of these for a while and an interesting sample was parked outside this morning...the owner was in work having his teeth 'hygienified' 
Anyway, I spoke with him afterwards (he spoke through gritted teeth
) and the frame is a Pinnacle and he swaps the forks for off-road use - these ones are for around town cruising.
The brakes were what originally 'drew' me to this bike - top gear apparently.
