Seriously though, yes they are, now I'm back on late-turns (once more!!), l can't run home from work along the river (Calder) bank, and through the woods
Even though, I've run it (quite leterally) hundreds of times, all it need is a fallen branch, of a fresh rabbit hole, & it's a fall down the banking into the river
I might have to dig out my head-torch instead


Riding in today though, so I've already checked all the lights are okay
