Young Un it all adds to the anticipation seeing the cars and motorbikes coming in knowing that the race itself is not too far away. Then in a blink of an eye they have gone past you and are up the road.

Its reputation is building you know Yenners, its not quite as mickey mouse as when it re-started. I think its important for its future that its treated seriously by the Police and local Councils so that we get the roads shutdown for them to race in safety.

Went to see them go by at Streatley Hill, which I learnt today is just a Cat 2 climb. Blimey, I wouldn't want to tackle a Cat 1, never mind a hors category.

Thanks BS, it was great to see it and I think the build up of the cars and police bikes etc. creates a feeling of excitement that hits a peak as the riders come into view and then flash past!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
