Auntie Helen, when you get around to having to replace the chain on the trike do not throw the old one away. When you need to take the new one off for cleaning, you just link the old one to it and pull it through the chain tubes. When you've done with cleaning, just do the same thing in reverse and voila - no more laborious threading it through tubes.

Chain tubes is easy!

WHen you remove the chain tie a piece of fishing line to the end and pull this through....then remove from chain and tie to frame.

Fettle!

Now tie line back to chain end and pull chain through - simples!
