There is a stall at the foodcourt near me called simply 'Pig Organ Soup'
Only the Chinese....
(There's another one farther afield called something like 'Glutinous Delights'. Again, only the Chinese...)
However, it's all made up for with a bakery stall called 'Bread Pitt'
