I got the same as last year, and the year before that, and the year before that, you get the picture :sad:
 
Mr M has man flu :sad:
He is in bed watching Sky Sports and I am waiting on him hand and foot, taking him supplies, tea, orange juice, evening paper.
Making spaghetti bol but he might have his tomorrow :wub::smooch:
Mine is serving me the standard 'chips, eggs and sausage (vegan)'... So romantic! :laugh:

I was up and out early this morning and returned home with a bunch of red roses. The ensuing conversation:

Mrs Vernon: Are those roses for me?
Me: Of course they are.
Mrs Vernon: They're lovely. Goodbye.
Me: Goodbye? Are you trying to tell me something?
Mrs Vernon: I mean thank you! I don't know why I said goodbye.
Me. Mmm....

Should i be worried?

Letters with a handwritten address are a rare sight on my doormat but there was one this morning:smile:.
Turned out to be from the treasurer of a charity to which I had pledged a donation if certain conditions were met. The conditions have been met and my pledge was being called in.
Oh well, I must live in hope for another year^_^.

The postie knocked on my door about 8 this morning, so I ran downstairs in anticipation of spending the day sorting through the sack of valentine cards.

It was a box containing a replacement mirror for my motorbike :blush:.
