wanted 1" forks mudgaurd clearance

Hi looking for a set of forks 700c 1" steerer that will take mudgaurds with 23mm tyres with ease. if the steerer is threaded i would need 215mm of steerer but if unthreaded i would need the steerer to be longer.

thanks for the link but already had a look. only 1 set of 1" forks £40, just a tad too exspensive.
