Wanted 12 or 14 inch wheel boys bike

Hello, well my youngest lad (3 new years day) has now officially grown out of his balance bike and is too tall for it.....he's been getting used to pedalling using a hand me down halfords special which wont freewheel.

Does anyone have a 12/14 inch wheel bike due to be grown out of that will freewheel??
If not then I guess I know what he'll want for xmas!

Ive got one in stock but its a 16" wheel but it comes with proper stabalisers which dont get wheels spinning all the time
