What brandy would you recommend?

I bought a bottle of Remy Martin V.S.O.P Mature cask for Christmas today at tescos for £27 (£8 off) Somehow it found its way open and in a glass by my chair.

I like Asbach Uralt. I like Metaxa 7 star better, but 5 star isn't bad either

I think both are hard to find in UK shops, at least here; both can be found online and Asbach can be found in Germany and Metaxa Greece and Cyprus (at half the price too!).
