What make is that, and is it any good?

I see wiggle have a £7 one, which does seem too good to be true for a tool that actually works, but also a Park Tools one for £37, which whilst fair enough for a sophisticated pliers I guess - but I've not necessarily been that impressed (based merely on looking at) some Park tools in terms of quality - comparing their cutters with proper Lindstrom cutters say
