When do you take the Christmas tree & decorations down?

1996 for me Mum liked them but when she died I never bothered. The cat would destroy them anyway.

The girls have ignored the decs completely this year. Not even a round of pokey-paw with the baubles...

My last cat managed to topple the whole tree a couple of times so lord knows what Madame Molly would do!

I had a cat that attacked all the decorations within her reach. The tree started to look a bit strange when there were no decorations on the bottom half. I know have two two-dimensional trees, which are out of the reach of my two cats.

I had a cat who used to chew the tree. Ergo my 4ft tree is rather crimped on its lower levels

So I had no idea that lillies were absolutely lethal to cats either, until a friend pointed out my stupidity.

Fortunately no harm was done, but I did feel very daft and relieved as I was binning them.

Binning the cats? I've seen a video about a woman doing that. Well, if they won't behave...!

Our Christmas 22 decorations are still shining brightly and shall continue to do so until the last day of Christmas.
