Which road tyres - not conti/michelin/vittoria

As the title suggests, recommended me a pair of road tyres, for fast road rides on rough country roads. They can be 23-25mm, folding and not Continental, Michelin or Vittoria.

I noticed you all looking at me like I was crazy! I am asking to see if there was a tyre out there that I didn't already appreciate as a potential tyre replacement. I don't mind trying new tyres, but I like to filter out those I am already familiar with.

I am already detecting some consensus around Schwalbe
