Erks! Not good at all & very little chance of holding it when they go like that :D. Hope the guy is as okay as he sounds in the video & any scrapes, cuts, bruises etc. heal quickly.

This is why I change ally handle bars when the manufactures warranty period is out.

Broke my stem in 2008 on my hurricane. No fall though, perhaps because the cables held it all together, and there's so little force on recumbent handlebars:

However, it could have been so much worse.

When I get a chance tomorrow I'll post my own fall from tonight. Only thing that got hut though was my pride!

Seems like a day for incidents..:)
