You could do the Spring into the dales audax as a warm later in the year, 110km starts from hebden bridge ask colinj for details quite a few of us off here do it

Asthma UK Beach to Beach 140 miles over two days

This has been planned for a bit and hopefully this year I can squeeze the time to do it. 2000 miles in 21 days towing the trailer round france taking in as many TDF climbs as I can. Fingers crossed.

Northern rock cyclone. 107 mile route. In the meantime aiming to crack the 100 mile ride. Maybe coast to coast and planning a long weekend in spain(any help there would be appreciated) with the lads.

You might find you get back quicker cycling compared to tackling the M6, M42 and M40, M25....
