Good old NHS .Saw the Doc this morning .
Couple of knees bends ,explained how and what was happening with the knee.
In my short summer cycling shorts, still have the tan lines .
"Due you take exercise Mr Mee"
"Yes,cyclist".

Couple more questions.
Then i will have you over to Harrogate next Monday .For an x-ray .I will operate in the new year .
It looks like you have torn a cartlidge when you fell over .

A great result.

Good stuff. Fingers crossed it sorts out your knee problems. ;)

This has really lifted my spirits.Go to the professionals i say .
That rest it malarky was doing nothing .But when i asked he came up with the goods .I can see his logic, you can't just send every Tom ,Dick and Harry to hospital who asks .
But August to November is a long time for swelling not to go .

But hey ho ,off i go .And it's a nothing of an op .And a stronger knee at the end .Faster times on the horizon or should i say the Galaxy (crap pun).

Not to bring you down Postie, but Mr BP has just had his 3rd arthoscopy (with the top knee man in the North of England), but reports that the original pain seems to be still there. For a man who usually exercises 5 or 6 days a week, including lots of cycling, this is very disappointing.

Hope you get a better outcome!
