You think you have problems! My Grandson followed me and supported Liverpool until he was 9 and then announced he was changing allegiance to be a MANU supporter  (like his dad).

My friend is a lifelong Liverpol supporter - his son aged 10 announced to the world he is a Man Utd supporter. We havn't stopped taking the Micheal Owen since

It's just a matter of going out and purchasing a baby outfit in your preferred team's colours. (What are they if I might ask ? Dulwich Hamlet ? Athletic Brixton ? Streatham City ? Tooting Toilers ?)
At the first chance of Grandparental nappy changing, switch the babygrow and take a photo. Henceforth his team is fixed for posterity.

devilish cunning, Mr. Thom! Although Aylesbury United babygrows are hard to find.

Fear not Simon - the newborn will grow and realise Everton are crap by the age of about 7 and switch to the most appropriate club.

My nephew was indocrinated for the 1st few years of his life and showered with Oxford UTD gear (this in the age of Oxford in the Blue Square). My brother in law took him to games and proclaimed to the world he had an Oxford supporting son (despite living just North of London).

As soon as Owen (the nephew) plucked up courage he came out as a Tottenham fan as they were his nearest team and all his little chums supported them.

Although Pete (the father in all this) is still in denial, the rest of us shower him with Spurs bags, beach towels, pyjamas etc at every birthday.
