Its one of those pre mix thingys that you get from the supermarket. Sun dried tom & parmesan apparently. I have mixed the flour and water. Didnt seem enough water to me? its now resting for 5 mins before i knead and strech it for 2 mins.

i'll keep you posted.

Kneaded, rested, placed in greased loaf tin now in airing cupboard. Trouble is it wasnt that warm so i have now put the central heating on full (please dont tell User482). 35 minutes to go, will it rise?

I can safely say that i now know what it must be like to be pregnant. All this endless waiting and worrying.

Apparently it's not quite as difficult as being pregant. Especially the delivery phase :blush:

What about the conception bit though? :biggrin:
