Hi just started riding again 42 yrs old would like someone to come out for the odd ride with, ride every other night after work and do longer one on weekends.

That used to be my old stamping ground, back in the day when I worked at Crudgington creamery and used to cycle there from Wolverhampton. I'm not in the area any more, but there's some nice riding around there.
