Autumn jersey, detachable long-sleeves. Recommendations?

Apologies if there's already a thread about this - I had a search, but couldn't find one.

I'm trying to find a decent road jersey with sleeves you can unzip and stuff in your pocket, leaving a short sleeved jersey underneath. I know I could get arm-warmers, but I need a couple more jerseys anyway.

I tried a Briko one last week and it was great, but slightly small and the last in stock. A Biemme one was utter, utter rubbish. Any recommendations?

Its a multi-activity waterproof jacket and you can remove the hood and sleeves to turn it into a gilet.

There's the Gore Phantom jacket and the Gore Function II jacket

The former is more of a softshell, the latter is shell & mesh lining.

On the Paramo 3rd Element, the waterproofing across the back of the shoulders comes off with the sleeves, leaving single layer pertex. Also there is no neat rollaway for the hood.

I've got the predecessor to the Phantom.I recommend it highly, but it doesn't hold up too well when falling off at 35 mph!

I've got a light weight long sleeve jersey for spring/autumn use and just roll up my sleeves if I get warm.

I've got a Gore Phantom and love it. It's windproof and pretty waterproof so does for most weather conditions.

You might also like to consider the groundeffect "Two Timer". I have other GE kit that I am very pleased with and the sizing is designed for real people i.e. a medium is a medium not some Italian racing snake idea of what a medium is (or not).

Don't let the fact that they are in NZ put you off. They obviously have a distribution point in the UK as stuff arrives within a week with a UK postage label on it.

I don't like black but I tried on the normal version of this 'jacket' (seems better described as an autumn/winter jersey IMO - tailored fit, great pockets etc.) and it was very nice, great quality, great fit (I'm medium build/slightly rotund). Hope to pick one up ready for winter but in red.
