If I had posted a question on a site that was obviously of some importance to me. I would not leave it over a day to find out if anyone had replied.

I hope the op has an alternative place to put the bike .

Personally I would like to bury the building manager with just his arse sticking out of the ground then park it with a wheel jammed in there.

Not sure what you could attach the lock to though.
