On the paths, I had to dodge you at a busy road junction(ON THE PATH)then you hopped on and off kerbs to get past statioinary traffic.
I see the same bike locked outside Alan Turin building most days.

If your reading this you probably see many lemmings in and around the Uni campus DONT be one of them!

I may have seen said bike being wheeled out of UMIST campus once or twice. Black, orange rims, some form of logo or graphic on the seat tube? Cant say that I've seen the rider act irresponsibly though.

Couldnt tell you what he(was a he) looked like as he had a full face mask almost balaclava type thing on.
