Someone at Bristol's favourite website, thisisbristol, must have hit the 'submit' button without thinking:

The EP is well known in Bristol for being anti-cycling. Their parent publication, The Daily Mail, once sent some reporters out after CTC president & newsreader Jon Snow to try and catch him jumping red lights etc.
