Had my first ride on a tandem a couple of weeks ago and I must say I was impressed by the better attitude displayed by the peds., and car occupants we passed as we rode along. The whole experience was

Bloody hell! Was it from 1971? Where did the good times go?

Two schoolmates of mine had a tandem, one of them lived near me, and one day I borrowed it and cycled around town on my own. It was great fun! I must have looked a real dick cool dude!
