Carbon Forks how tight

I have Carbon forks on my tourer and wonder how tight I should do up the bolt on the front brake which goes through the fork ?

Depending on the fork, I would guess at around 7 -8 N m max

^+1, you can check the torque setting with the brake manufacturer, but I'd probably go a touch less then Herzog at around 5-6 Nm.

Also the fork manufacturer should be able to tell you.

What ever else you do don't over tighten it though or all that 'lovely' [ahem] carbon will turn to dust
