Today is the eve of the lunar new year known as either Chinese New Year, Spring Festival or in Vietnam Tet. It's now 1953 hours in China and so I would like to wish you all a prosperous New year for the Year of the Tiger. The partying for me started several hours ago so whether or not I see the New year in at Midnight could be in jeopardy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
