anyone entering the above sportive - only 60 miles - fairly flat for 53 miles then some hills - but not a bad ride

finished the ride - 4:40 total total time - 4:25 on the bike - knocked 55 mins off total time and 10 mins off bike time - compared with last year - quite pleased
