Cleat nut? Shoe Plate? for SPD SH-51 cleats

Anyone know where to buy the plates that go in the shoes? With the 4 thread holes as pictured below?

I've buggered one of plates in my Lidl shoes. Yes I know I could go buy another pair... but the plates will still be made of cheese, even though the rest of the shoe is quite adequate.
