CO2 pumps

Any idea to what pressure a co2 pump would inflate a 700 x 23c tyre?

I have a Barbieri one with a tiny handpump included. It has a gauge and it went to 110psi no probs. 16g canister (different ones do different sizes, 12 and 20 being the others)

I've got a Specialized CO2 pump with a 16g canister, no gauge, so it should fully inflate the tyre from flat. I've also got a mini pump to top up, no gauge. I really must concentrate and stop buying on impulse when I go in the LBS.
