A few component changes probably, that's about it. The older ones had the all silver Miche Primato chainset, the newer ones have the Miche Primato Advanced chainset with a black chainring. Frame tubing (Deda SAT 14.5) and design is the same.
Wheels probably different too as the newer ones look like they come with the Miche Pistard wheelset, but I upgraded my Tempo (a Pista with mudguard clearances) to Open Pros.
