I have a new road bike. Whenever I'm climbing standing up, on the down push on the right pedal, the crank or Bottom Bracket makes a creak. Any idea what's going on?

Somethings loose / not properly greased.
Could be something daft like your handlebars. But as it's a new bike when you take it in for it's first service (often free) ask for the shop to pull the cranks / pedal off, grease and re-fit tightened up correctly.
