Hi everyone

me and some friends are planning on cycling to paris. we want to follow the coast from calais to wissant to bouloune and then south towards paris. has anyone done this route and can advise on what route to take. i know there is a walking route along the coast - can you cycle on this? if not, how bad are the roads. there is what looks like a coast road but is it really busy? there dont seem to be any quiet roads around the coast.

thanks

The coast road from Calais to Bolougne via Wissant is fine. There is a small amount of traffic, but not fast, and being French, the drivers tend to be considerate. It is a lovely ride, plenty of ups and downs, and good views of the white cliffs of Blighty. I recommend it.
