I ride this stretch nearly everyday. Makes you realise just how vunerable we are.

Strangely I have recently thought how easy it would be to tackle me at a set of lights and ride off with £1500 worth of bike+ 200 quids worth Garmin.

A terrible but thankfully very rare attack. Hope he's not badly injured or too shaken.
