Decent DVD burning software

Any reccomendations?

I have loads of films saved on my hard drive as .avi files and I would like to burn them to DVD - what would be the best software for this? I'm on Windows XP if that helps.

Nero excellent suite.
I can probably cof, burn a copy, cof if you need it

I found a pretty decent freeware burner; I'll try and remember to post a link to it when I get home tonight.

I was using IMGBURN, but you have to create an IMG file first, which is no use to you with AVIs.

You might want to try DVD Flick, which is freeware and I've heard good things about.

Didn't buy them - torrents They are kids films for my little girl - she seems to like watching them (and I quite like Kung Fu Panda myself) - she's not too gentle with DVDs though so they tend to get wrecked - hence saving them onto my 'puter for later re-burning
