I am about to go on the phone to convince somebody in an HP Indian call centre that my laptop is fecked. I know it's fecked and no amount of poking this, testing that and applying this will help - it's fecked, I need to send it back. Please God, give me the patience and strength to let them go through their little checklist routine without me demanding to speak to someone who knows what they are doing - please.....
