HI, does anyone know of off road suitable trikes, suitable for fire roads etc. these maybe suitable for the person to ride or for a person to ride for them.

Are you talking about people without the use of their legs, or just with balance issues? 'Normal' recument trikes can usually take a little gentle offroad use, unless they are out and out racing machines. For people with less leg ability, there are various handcycle manufacturers with varyingly robust machines. This is American, but shows what can be done.
