Eurovelo Warsaw to Madrid

HI,

I want to go from Warsaw to Madrid by bike in summer but I am not sure about what route can I choose. I have thinked about eurovelo,but I cant get information about the situation of every Eurovelo route.Could anybody tell what is the situation of eurovelo route in Poland,Germany and France?Mainly, the signposting;if it is already finished or not...And, where can I get the maps?
