Ever had one of those days?

I have. Feel a bit mentally tender now.

Started off this morning with a woman telling my kids off for riding on the bridleway. She didn't see me until I came around the tree between us and when I tried to tell her it was a bridleway she was having none of it. Still it allowed me to talk to the kids about the difference between assertive, aggressive and mad

Then there were lots of little things which sort of have a cumulative effect. Funny how you get days like that.

Oh well holiday next week.
