Hi Colin,

The Rough-Stuff Fellowship is national club with local area groups across the UK so if don't live near local area group there nothing stopping joining the RSF and you and your friends setting up local area group in your area. That how I started the South Lakes Group in 1994.

I should point out once join the national club you can go out on rides with any local RSF group at no extra cost and membership includes bimonthly Rough-Stuff Journal.

with regards
Simeon

Hi Simeon ,
Will give it some thought, been trying to set up an easy cycle group in Bradford over the past few months but not much interest ...maybe the poor weather putting people of . I will have a more detailed look on your website later, thanks

Hi rich p,

I was not on that ride put I think they were enjoying them self's, the guy on the right of the photo is the president of the Rough-Stuff Fellowship and agreed with you its classic photo. I hope you look around all the photo galleries on each of the groups websites.

Hi Colin,

Its a lot of hard work setting up new cycling group its best doing as local group of a national club ie then you don't have worry about insurance, collecting membership fees etc.. as its done at national level.

I think one of the most important thinks when stating any cycling group up have good website and post photos of your rides on the website because cyclists love looking at photos, its shows new members what your rides are like!

with regards

Simeon
