ok so it was only 5 miles but given the state of my health since november, that is a significant achievement.
I have packed in work for a couple of months for a much needed rest and to get my health back on track.
On the plus side I have started my Vitamin B12 injections, which have me bouncing around like the duracell bunny.
On the negative side i have been diagnosed with M.E so will need to pace myself.
I really love riding the Madone, its fantastic to ride, quick and comfortable.
I want to achieve a regular 50 mile ride out this year and perhaps my first Audax.
