Managed to get out today for the first time in 5 weeks, weather was very cold roads a bit slippy but just had to take a little bit more care. The Potholes now that's a different story! More holes than road in some parts.
Just a short run 20 miles it was all that i required to take my trip total to 1000 miles since last May.
Target for this year to do 2000 miles plus , and do my first 100 mile cycle.
