thanks for the replies, the rear bridge is flat on both sides I wont need a concave washer but a lock type one, if I use the front brake on the rear is there something about turning the brake pads.heres a picture of the same type of rear bridge
You'd be best to swap the pads left to right if they're a directional type, that 'Nylock' nut will be the correct thread though.

Keep the callipers in the same place....swap the innards :smile:

As above. Don't bother drilling out more hassle than it's worth.

I used a nut fit dual pivot front and left the original single pivot rear in place. This has more than enough power to lock up the rear wheel and is lighter too.
