On my Sequoia I have carbon forks with Zertz inserts and when I hold the front wheel still and twist the handlebars I can feel movement , like a flexing of the forks , is this right?.

You can probably feel the wheel flex, rather than the forks depending on how you are gripping the wheel...normal.
