Best story I read this week was concerning a viewer who rang the BBC to complain about a show he had just watched. It was a waste of the licence fee, the voting was obviously rigged and the judges were talentless imbeciles. The young lady thanked him for his call, and while she did sympathise, she felt she ought to point out that the "X-Factor" was on ITV.
