Brand new Genesis Day 02 RRP £800 - for sale £650
Hi. Seven years ago I bought a Ridgeback Genesis Day 02 fast hybrid similar to this one - it was a super bike and I did many miles on it over the years. Unfortunately the frame cracked earlier this year (apparently quite a rare event). Fortunately the good people at Ridgeback have given me a brand new bike to replace it!
As I've recently been hankering after a drop handle bar tourer, I've decided to sell this one without using it (well I did go a few yards down the road just to see what it's like, which is, light and fast and responsive).
The bike has a Medium (56cms) ALX9 triple butted aluminium frame, Shimano 105 groupset (brakes, gears etc), Shimano WH R150 wheels with Continental Ultra Race 700x23 tyres, carbon seat post and handlebars. The whole bike weighs approx 18lbs! The bike has fittings for a rack so would make a great fast
commuter.
